Terms of use

The ground rules for using Medverion.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Vimora, which operates Medverion (“we”, “us”). They apply to medverion.com and the Medverion service. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Early access

Medverion is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be interruptions. Accounts are free and payments are not open. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish their prices and terms first, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

Educational use only

Medverion supports learning and exam preparation. It is not medical advice and does not replace clinical judgement, local protocols or current guidelines. Do not use it to make decisions about the care of real patients. Medverion does not provide CME or CPD credit.

Accuracy of content

Our questions and summaries are original content written with AI assistance and checked against current guidelines and standard references, and clinical review is ongoing. Despite our care, content can contain errors or become out of date. Please report anything that looks wrong through the contact page.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 to create an account.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are personal: do not share yours or let others use it.

Acceptable use

  • Never post anything that could identify a patient.
  • No harassment, hate, threats or spam, and no advertising without our permission.
  • Do not share questions from live or recalled exam papers, or material you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-download or copy the question bank or library, try to break or bypass security, or overload the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Vimora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service. You can delete your posts at any time. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms.

Our content

Questions, explanations, summaries, images and software on Medverion belong to Vimora or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, sell, publish or redistribute them.

Exam names

Medverion is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body, and exam names belong to their owners.

Suspension and closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for exam results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site.
